I am an Amateur radio operator who is dedicated to the development of the hobby through community outreach and community participation within Tooele County UT.

I am a digital radio connoisseur with a passion for all things digital ham radio!

My Current Setup

Base Radio

I use a Xiegu G90 as a base HF radio. I mostly do FT8 and similar modes on it. I also use a QYT 980 Plus VHF/UHF radio. This radio is Analog only, so I use it on my local repeaters.

Handheld radio

I use an AnyTone 878 UV (the first generation) radio that I mostly use for DMR and NXDN digital modes.

Misc Radios

I have a Baofeng UV-5R8W radio (a BF-8+ variant) that is tuned to the frequency of the pagers that firefighters and EMT wear, and a Uniden Bearcat BCD996P2 P25 scanner tuned to the local Law Enforcement talkgroup.
